Is Just a Robot Vacuum worth the Cost? I Tried One To Find Out

I have been considering getting some of those robot vacuums for quite a while. I hate vacuuming but that I want my floors to be wash. But , I have two cats and a dog and that I doubted that those cute tiny robots have been up to this challenge of managing the huge quantities of hair which my pets shed to a consistent basis. And I had been worried that they would get mad by the noise of this vacuum and also the simple fact that it adheres across your house. So I put off becoming you. But last month I discovered that a really fantastic bargain on a Roomba and that I thought I'd give it a shot simply to find out how it would perform.

My Celebrities

I got it home and it was very simple to prepare. I let it loose to start attacking the dirt and hair. Initially, my pets have been really freaked out by it. My kitty wouldn't turn out from under the couch until the Roomba went under there. Afterward she taken out from under the couch and ran upstairs. My pet followed it around sniffing at it. And the different cat simply frighten it suspiciously.

However, after a couple of days, they really didn't pay any attention to it anymore. I guess they got accustomed to the sounds and also the motion. It's actually pretty quiet and most of that time period that I do realize it's running. When the TV is on I cannot actually hear it running in any way.

Therefore it is not that loud or intrusive. But the real test was how well it do picking up dirt and hair. I was amazed by just how effective it had been at picking up all of the debris onto the ground. In just a week that there were no more pet hair tumbleweeds blowing through the living room on a daily basis. And it even managed to keep the floor within the powder room where there's a litterbox for those cats wash. It found the clutter that my cats throw from this box combined side the rest of the pieces of dust, soil, and hair which collect in my floors. My engineered hardwood floors have never looked better. Plus so they look great all of the time that's something which makes me really pleased.

Quit Vacuuming

I've saved myself probably five or more hours a week now that I only have to vacuum the carpeted upstairs and that I allow Roomba take care of their home. In the event the Roomba has been perform this well I may spend money on another one for upstairs and then I'll have the ability to stop vacuuming altogether. Whilst a dog owner I would advise a Roomba or similar robot vacuum to additional furry parents who are looking to keep their houses clean but hate the constant vacuuming that comes along with having pets. Although these vacuums may be pricey they aren't anymore expensive than a Dyson Animal or other pet-specific vacuum. Try one and you will find out how well it works to pet owners.
